- Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the affiliate's name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
- We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus if affiliates are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by affiliate management.
